Kenneth Rife: Operations Director
Kenneth Rife is the Director of Operations at BlueStar Parking and is responsible for managing all operations among all divisions of the company. Kenneth encompasses all the attributes required for a competent and trustworthy Director of Operations. With over a decade of service industry experience, Kenneth is recognized for his leadership and superior customer service, setting the highest of standards and ensuring client satisfaction in both his administrative and operational roles. Kenneth has overseen and managed BlueStar’s significant growth and expansion throughout Santa Barbara and the Central Coast effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a consistent presence and familiarity with our established clientele. Kenneth has also shown himself to be a vital and valued member of the local community, committed to contributing back to Santa Barbara through industry-community groups, non-profit organizations, and local charities. Ken is proud to be at the helm of operations while continuing BlueStar’s commitment of service and contribution to our local community.
Anthony Beltran: Division Director
Anthony Beltran is the Division Manager at BlueStar Parking and is responsible for on-going service account operations. Anthony joined the BlueStar management team in 2012 and played a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition when BlueStar took over all parking operations at the Santa Barbara Bowl. With over a decade of experience in the local service industry, Anthony possesses the leadership qualities that continue to ensure streamlined efficiency at venues like the Santa Barbara Bowl and numerous other BlueStar service locations. Anthony consistently continues to fulfill his leadership role, helping to ensure successful transitions with every new endeavor that BlueStar undertakes. Most recently, Anthony has been focused on the expansion of our Medical Services locations and our partnership with Sansum Clinic, personally overseeing the valet parking operations for the Sansum Clinic’s Foothill Campus and the Santa Barbara Cancer Center to ensure top-notch service for the patients, patrons and staff of our city’s leading local medical campuses.

Travis founded BlueStar Parking with a clear vision for what our local community not only needed, but more-so deserved: a valet parking and guest service company with superior standards, a cost-effective advantage and a clear focus on the local Santa Barbara community. Travis contributes his experience, his dedication, and an impeccable attention to detail, helping to ensure BlueStar’s continued growth and success by anticipating and exceeding the needs and high expectations of our clientele. Travis inherently understands that it is the Service that sets BlueStar apart, and he feels a genuine passion for providing excellent guest service. Travis maintains a contributory role in the local community among businesses & non-profit organizations, both personally and professionally. Today, BlueStar Parking is the sponsoring service provider to more than 40 local non-profit organizations for private and public fundraising events.
