Kenneth T. Rife-Director of Operations

Kenneth encompasses all the attributes, personally and professionally, required for a competent and trustworthy Director of Operations for BlueStar Parking.

He contributes his years of industry experience and sets precedent for work ethic in both administrative and onsite services. He is not only an asset to the BlueStar team, but also to the community, giving over two thousand hours of community service over the past five years. He has been a leader in the service industry for the last 5 years, working for private companies and casinos throughout California, as well as Japan, Moscow, and the Netherlands. Throughout his tenure in the service industry, he has consistently proven to be a valuable asset to every company that has the opportunity to have him on board, rising through the ranks while finding time for new account acquisition, staffing, scheduling, and various company improvements, all the while drafting and implementing non-profit proposals. As the Director of Operations, he brings both promising expansion opportunities and world class service standards that are sure to bring BlueStar to the next level.

Kenneth was raised in the ever expanding city of Temecula, California and graduated as an AP Scholar, National Honor Society member, Temecula Sister City board member, Water Polo Captain, and managed to graduate with a 4.6 GPA, leading him to the University of California, Santa Barbara. There he studied Law and Society while beginning his career in the service industry. He has recently graduated with a Degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos.  He has found a passion through education and experience in the service industry and is thrilled to become the newest member of the BlueStar team.

Travis Hawley-Principal Member-Ops/Admin

Travis Hawley

Travis Hawley contributes his years of management and experience in the service industry to the BlueStar team. Travis feels a genuine passion for what he does and maintains relationships and a reputation in the local community amongst clients, employees and affiliate vendors that has allowed him to successfully operate in the local event and parking industry for the last seven years.  Travis’ attributes as a service provider are inherently tied to his reliability, dedication, and attention to detail, reflecting his personal ambition for integrity and dignity in business.  

Travis is a member and ambassador of the Goleta Valley Region Chamber of Commerce, and of the Santa Barbara Region Chamber of Commerce, where he also sits on the Business Leaders Council. He is an active member of the Santa Barbara Event Professionals, The Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club and he maintains membership in good standing with the International Parking Institute (IPI), the International Special Event Society (ISES), and the Pacific Sociological Association (PSA). Travis is active in the Alumni Associations of his Alma Mata Universities. He has earned a BLA degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Alaska; and has also studied in graduate programs at the University of Alaska and at San Francisco State University.
